"Always available Pharmacist and employees always eager to help"
"Bolton has services for pharmacy needs and more. You will have a good time walking around the store. Enjoy finding LSU items, baby stuff, gifts for all ages, specially home decor, just to name a few."
"Have been here a few times and each time everyone has gone above and beyond. The first time I came right as someone was locking the door. I turned to leave and he waved me in. There was a problem with my prescription and everyone was so kind and patient while they waited for it to come through. Highly recommend"
"I have had 2 experiences with Bolton and both have been bad. First issue was a prescription that was transferred. They said they received the fax but took 3 days to actually process it. When they did fill it, they shorted me HALF of one of my meds without any phone call or information. Never got a follow up phone call for when the rest came in. I decided to give them a second chance. Things go well except, once again, I am shorted HALF of my daily med. The amount they gave me is what was missing from last month, so this is likely the other half of last month's prescription. The worker does no know when it will be in and said they'd call. They didn't call me prior to this issue, didn't call me with the other half of my last med, so I have 0 faith in this call happening. None of this is about the competence of the pharmacist or anything like that. It's poor customer service and basic communication. Btw they never called about the prescription but CVS did."
"This business does not follow the "first come first serve" principle that most businesses open to the public follow. I dropped of a prescription there, thirty minutes later I get a call explaining that since the drug I need is in short supply and I'm not a regular customer they won't fill it. Regulars get to hop in line at Bolton's, and new customers are treated as second class. If you are a regular there, lucky you. If not, don't bother, they don't want new customers."
