"I experienced a catastrophic failure of my bicycle’s rear derailleur hanger along with a broken chain. I thought the derailleur was toast, but Taylor said it was most likely okay. I expected that it would be a week or more before I saw my bicycle again, but fortunately they found a replacement derailleur hanger on-site. The same day, less than 6 hours later, along with a couple of other maintenance items where they replaced parts, I received a text saying my bicycle was ready! And, my bicycle never operated as smoothly as it does now. The odd thing I told them, is that last week I was thinking I needed to bring my bicycle to their shop for a tune up… next time, I’ll pay attention to my intuition! Alex’s Bikes is now my goto bike shop!"

"Malcom and Badger are FANTASTIC HUMANS! I came in cuz i had a slow leak in my front tire, and my regular shop, Michael's, was closed. They turned me into an Alex's Bikes STAN! I could EASILY enter the space, no need to move a large dog or toggle/fight old AF swinging doors, AND i could EASILY maneuver around the shop w/ my bike, vs barely being able to get in the door or into the shop just up to get air. All this to say is - even though Alex's is a few blocks farther from my house, next time (and every time!) I have an issue with Pink Lil Baby (my bicycle lol), I'm takin her to ALEX'S BIKES!!"
