"On holiday from Australia and the ryde woman on reception would not let me talk to a doctor .. :("

"This company is not up to par. They falsely advertise discounts for pain medication online. Today I contacted this pharmacy and gave my information regarding my prescription that I was having my doctor fax in. The young lady I spoke with asked me what was the name of the medication and I provided her the information along with the strength of the Medication. She told me that once the pharmacist received the prescription , she would call me to give me a price. My doctor faxed the script in and about 45 minutes to an hour later, she called me to inform me that they don’t carry the strength. I hope that you’re not considering doing business with this place. The least I can say is that she was nice but is very lacking in understanding about being thorough when providing correct information. I need to start providing Competent customer service classes for many of our young working adults. This place just doesn’t cut the mustard. They also don’t accept prescription discount savings cards for certain medications."

"My Physician called in a script for me to pick and bring to his office for injection. The day of my appointment I called Benzer to make sure it was ready. After 15 minutes on hold I was told they didn't participate with mu Blue Cross plan even though they had the request three days ago. i had to change my appt and delay treatment due to their slothful handling. Poorly run operation, avoid!!"
