"I have been going to this gnc for about 9 years off and on. I’ve been living in the mid city area all my life so I frequent this particular shopping mall often. The staff Was horrible, so I’ll leave and go to another GNC see a new staff try them out again and they were equally as horrible! Well it all turned around when does the new manager Caleb came on. He is amazing!Exceptional customer service! Makes you feel welcome and wanted And is doing a phenomenal job with his new staff in training them how to give amazing service as well! I now look forward going there for all of my nutrition and prep needs! Amazing turn around Caleb! keep up the great work!!!!"
"Hours say they close at 8pm. Stopped by to get some things at 7:47pm. Door was locked and guy inside was mopping floors. Lights were shut off at 7:51pm. Worker left building at 7:54pm. Wasted time and gas coming here because they were supposed to be open until 8pm. He only saved 6 minutes closing early. Terrible business practices."
