"This is my second time at this pharmacy inside of the supermarket I always go to the one that’s on Saint Bernard Avenue perfect service but you see the one on Lapalco the first time I brushed it off I didn’t want the lady to take care of me because she rude to start and left me standing there 20 min wrong and rude . The pharmacy technician was rude. When I walked up I had my ID in my head. All my information was correct I let her know that she still yelling over the counter. She was taking calls it was her focus I don’t know what the problem was, and then after eight months because I didn’t wanna go all the way across the river out of the way of my home . There were two other people standing behind me very very close, and he wanted me to yell at my information which was provided on my prescription and information that was provided on my ID which I told him so everything is correct on my ID and on my prescription , then he had audacity to give me my prescription and my ID back and did not wanna fill my prescription because I told him the people are standing very close to me and I didn’t want to yell my information again that was already correct on my paperwork in my ID and then I want to fill my prescription now I have to go 20miles out because the folks at this location on Bell Terrio in Lapalco are so rude and you have major attitude I thought it would be a good idea for me to try this location again it was disappointing difference tech same attitude . They need to get out the old fashion ways and get some professionalism training because in order to receive respect you have to give respect in the act like they don’t wanna be there for one because you should’ve seen all the faces quit retired get a new job if something make sure that miserable."
