"24JAN24 ~ Another '1 Star Review'. The clerk was as poorly spoken/inarticulate as anyone you would not want handling your prescriptions. Lacking effective communication skills is the direct result of ignorance, laziness, lack of discipline, or just plain not caring. That Ochsner has this clerk as its 'face' & representing Ochsner is disappointing & scary that she works with my prescriptions. Please hire more competent employees. Terrible dour pharmacy techs/employees. Think of Eeyore & that paints the correct picture. If you want to get depressed, then go there... There is one well dressed, articulate, and pleasant woman working there but there is only about a 20% chance of having her wait on you. Also, the receipt says that they welcome your feedback but shows a link that ALWAYS responds: 'Sorry, this survey is not currently active.'
