"1 am on a Thursday. No bartender to be found for a solid 15 minutes. Was unable to order a drink and left. It was pretty dead anyway (maybe 6-8 people), so not much love lost. Having someone available to make a drink is step 1 in operating a bar, unless I’m missing something."
