"One of my fave music venues. It sits on the border of the quarter and frenchmen so it occupies a weird middle. Can feel a bit sketchy from there to Envie Espresso at night. Otherwise, always have great music, seating and standing + another bar and small courtyard in the back. Their cocktails are fun and all nola / music inspired. Great bands for a younger crowd in the evening. Not playing Jazz all the time. For example, I saw a soul cover of Forrest Gump by Frank Ocean one night."

"Coming here was the best thing I did on my first trip to NOLA. Everything was going wrong for my friend and I and as we headed back to the hotel, the doors of BMC were calling to us to step inside and grab a cocktail. We did and a band was setting up, so we sat down. We ended up staying nearly 3 hours. The band and set were SO GOOD. Seeing others videos and reviews here just validates our experience wasn’t a one-off. Great cocktails. Incredible atmosphere and music. 10/10 would recommend HIGHLY!"

"Nancy "Lil Red" Gros ! One of our locals from Marrero. She puts on a great show, as she has an outstanding voice and non-stop movement on the stage as she performs. The club, been going for year's as they quite often have good musicians. Be prepared to stand, there is not much in the way of seating. Service, also limited , 2 bartenders, only one was provided service."

"This place is a vibe. If you walk past it I'm sure you'll be back. The entertainment has been good the 3 times I go. They really interact with the audience. Make sure you grab a seat early or you'll be standing but if you like to dance a seat won't be a problem for you."
