"Read some of the other reviews carefully. Some of the poor reviews are about the Urgent Care CLINIC which has been closed for several years now. The staff at the PHARMACY are wonderful. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and take time to answer questions. The staff is very courteous and professional. Prices overall are competitive, if not less expensive, than some of the chain pharmacies. The advantage of local pharmacies is that the staff tend to be more familiar with you. The only knocks are the inconsistent app and hours can sometimes be less convenient. But those are only minor gripes as the pharmacy as a whole provides great reliable service!"

"One of the worst places I have ever been.. Never will I go back to this place. I was refused a while back when I did not have insurance and had the money. The also refused my wife from an ankle sprain when I had insurance. I hope all Urgent cares are not like this one. Hard to trust another one. Before it was a pharmacy this happened . Hope it changed!"

"This place is dangerous! My sis went here with severe abdominal pain and a fever of 103. Dr. Risener told her it sounded like she had an ovarian cyst and said she needed a pelvic exam and blood work. He went in and out of the room multiple times because he kept "forgetting" instruments and blundered through it like he had no idea what he was doing. We asked twice if he would send her out to get a ct scan done and he said it wasn't necessary. He diagnosed her with a ruptured cyst AFTER seeing her white blood count was elevated and completely ignoring the fever and sent her home. She became much worse and later that night I took her to TGMC where they finally did a ct scan. She had a ruptured intestine and could have died if we had listened to this idiot doc who suggested she just wait it out!! I will never go back there!"

"What a joke - This place shouldn't even get one star but had to choose something. Paid visit and prescription of $200. On my visit Dr. Risener tells me that my childs ear are clear and his tubes have fallen out - I questioned him 3 times in which he was positive the tubes were gone. He looked in my babys mouth and said his glands was swollen and prescribed medication. After one day of the meds not working an his temp getting to 103 I brought him to his Regular Doc and was told his tubes are definitily still in!!! Well if Dr. Risener couldn't even tell that tubes were in what else does he not know. Well after his Dr. telling me the meds that she was going to put him on I pulled the bottle out of my bag and asked if this medicine that Dr. Risener prescribed would work and was advised NO - DEFINITILY NOT!!! Really after paying $200 my child was misdiagnosted and the Dr. couldn't even tell if tubes were in our out and gave me the wrong medication. I will never go here again and don't recommend anyone else to go here either."
