The service can be slow and a bit indifferent at times, but always polite. Seating is also a bit limited unless you arrive early. Overall worth a visit."
"The Polo Club Lounge is such a special place to have a drink in New Orleans. Located inside of the Windsor Court Hotel this establishment oozes class. It reminded me so much of the beloved 21 club in New York. (which is unfortunately still closed for now) We stayed at the Windsor Court Hotel for seven nights and made sure to stop down at the Polo Club Lounge every night we were there. The service was always great, the food is pretty good as well, but the ambiance here is what makes the Polo Club Lounge special."
