"They are a rip-off with their buy back program. I attempted to sell them what should've been $50 worth or more of TV show seasons on DVD. They gave me $24. What a damn waste of time. I would've gotten a better price from the actual Buy Backs store we used to have in town. Don't bother with this cheap scammy company, just sell your stuff on Facebook."

"Quoted a 30-45 minute wait for buy back and spent almost 2 hours here, not addressed for 15 minutes when trying to pick up my order. Offered 18$ for 80$+ worth of merchandise, one of my items I brought literally said 80$ on the tag and I was offered 18$ cash or 40$ store credit.. not to mention the exclusive collectibles. Better off selling to people who genuinely appreciate the value of collectors items. Won’t return."

"The selection of items is good, and the staff is friendly! However, the reason I’m giving it a 2 star review instead of 5 is because of the Buyback system. Let’s say you bring in a $200 item to sell, expect about $12-$18 back for the item. They say they’re awesome as a company when it comes to buying back items, but in all reality it’s just a scam to drive business."

"Don’t sell your books here. I got offered $1.37 for $50 worth of books. I get they have to make money, but that is just absurd. A lot of their seemingly second hand books they sell are marked as full price. It’s a very untrustworthy place. It’s a nice store, just don’t expect much value out of it."

"The shelves here are fun to browse and it feels like a library. Nearly all the books are used but good condition and half off the cover price or cheaper. They also have records and comic books. I'll definitely be back to look around."
