"It's worth it if you travel frequently and can pay for the membership with your mileage. Because if you plan to pay out of pocket, you could buy food outside of the club for less money than it costs to pay for snacks through membership. Additionally, if you tend to drink a lot, it might be worth it, as you would otherwise spend significantly more on alcohol compared to here, where it's free."

"Unfortunately, the amount of noise the soda machine is making destroys the otherwise good atmosphere of the lounge. Unbearable to stay there for more than fifteen minutes. I arrived a little before 10:00am, and observing that no one was taking soda with their breakfast (!), requested that the machine be turned off for an hour or so. The manager refused to do that and recommended that I write a comment. I would have expected the comfort of the guests at the lounge to be valued at least as much as the availability of cold soda during morning hours."

"So, to start off with, it is a nice and clean smaller lounge. Yet I would have to share that when United Travelers arrive, perhaps use a bit more humility when greeting and helping them. As a person at the front desk, you are the face of United at this Club, and when you carry yourself as better than the customer or belittling them you should be ashamed of yourself! Leave you animosity towards others at home! As an employer I would be ashamed to see this at my location... do better!"

"Excellent, spacious, clean, new lounge. Friendly staff. Recommend. Could do with more (or indeed, any) vegan options but this is the USA so I only deducted one star for that!"

"The United Club in MSY is new and fresh. I had a great experience in the lounge mostly due to some very enthusiastic new staff. They were focused on the travelers. Surprisingly, this lounge offered some hot food which is limited in other Clubs, but I certainly did not complain. I appreciate that United has expanded its clubs beyond the regular hubs and offer a respite for travelers in MSY."
