"I asked for help multiple times, called the store, tried to contact the franchise owner, I even tried talking to them on Facebook. All I got was the run around. I honestly wanted help with my weight and trying to improve my over all health and I was treated like I wasn't important. Also, the store I worked with gave me the wrong information about my needs when I went into the store. I have never in my life received such bad service in all of my life."

"Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Not too wide of a selection but they definitely have what you would need and they can guide you in the right direction. Pretty expensive as well. But the customer service definitely goes some ways to make it considerable to purchase supplements from the store."

"The staff here really knows their stuff. I got hooked up on my cts360 system and i have been consistently losing 4 or 5lbs a week. best part is i feel better and have enough energy to workout again. i also feel a lot better about myself when it comes to losing weight and working out.
