"Spoke with Mark, at the Gun Show on 6/19/2. Was told that the background check was $20. I did so and was told I was delayed. That they’d put me in a pile of serval others that day and weekend that were delayed. I asked how was that so with so many people being delayed. They said that it was because of the network server in the Pontchartrain center and everyone else connected to it. So that I’d have to wait and he would personally call me back with in 5 days. I ended up calling him back on the 7th day and was told again, that when it comes back he’ll call me. What baffles me is that a woman did the background check at the center, and answered “NO” on the paperwork yet passed the background check. He told her sorry and handed back her $20… I would highly recommend not to do business here. Even til this day. No call back as if I was approved or not… I guess that’s $20 I’ll never see again, absolutely bad business."

"Went To Purchase A Firearm From Them At A Gun Show 7/11/21, Paid $20.00, For An Application Fee, They Told Me My Application Was Delayed, Call Them Thursday 7/15/21, Been Calling Everyday, For Them To Say "We Haven't Heard Anything Yet, When We Do We'll Call You," ( Not To Mention The Nasty Attitudes They Have WhenYou Call) Went To Academy Yesterday 7/21/21 And Was Approved In 10 Minutes, I Think They're Scammers, And Just Wanted To Scam People Out Of 20.00, At The Show!!! Definitely Won't Recommend No One To Do Business With These Grumpy Old People!!! I Wish I Could Give Them 0 Stars!!!!"

"Purchased an AR15 from them at a recent gun show. The price was fair compared to the overpriced competitors at the show. AR15 's are hot items right now so I found the price to be fair considering. Their ammo was overpriced but again very hard to find as well so not complaining. They were VERY, VERY busy so talking to them about what you were looking for was difficult. Next time I am going to go visit him at his shop to see if the customer service is better. That is the only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars."

"Purchased a firearm recently at the gun show from them. It was WAY over MRSP but was gonna be hard to find so I got it anyway. Overall Im happy with the gun but not the experience. Negative attitudes from those behind the counter. The ladies that helped me didn't seem to know much about what I was buying. Treated me like I wasn't going to buy anything, kept rushing me through paperwork, stared at me the whole time. At the end of the transaction, she literally threw a business card at me. Didn't hand it, just threw it at me. That's how I am able to look them up and make this review and was the deciding factor for this review. Not to mention I was the only one standing at the booth for a solid 10min before the ladies behind the counter decided to acknowledge me. I bought one item from them but I would rather spend my money elsewhere. I hope the owner sees this and attempts to retrain or hire new employees. Lack luster service at best"
