"For a couple months now my pool has been out of commision and could not get a single pool company to show up. Finally spoke with Melanie with Central Pools and was very nice and had someone come look at my pool in a timely manner. Melanie emailed me an estimate which I agreed to. I was told it will be a probably a month before they can start. After agreeing to the estimate weeks went by and no contact. I messaged Melanie if we had an ETA on when they would start and she said sometime the up coming week. Since that message no phone call or any sort of contact. Will not return my phone calls or messages. Long story short I will not recommend Central Pools."
