"I have shopped at Albertsons for forty years and today I was told by them that my FreshPass account was closed because I had too many returns. Well, I refuse to keep outdated or damaged items. I am completely dependent on delivery; no car, no family; Albertsons however didn't even bother to look into the issue just arbitrarily canceled my subscription. SO MUCH FOR LOYALTY!!! "Completely and belligerently unhelpful. When asked to transfer a prescription they were rude and sent it to the wrong pharmacy anyway. Not the first time they've done this, but certainly the first time they were such colossal jerks about it."
"If you're looking to be spoken to like a criminal when inquiring about transferring your prescription, call this pharmacy. They will oblige you. The woman I spoke with had a nasty, insulting attitude when inquired about transferring my adderall prescription. I don't know about other Albertson's pharmacies, but I'll never recommend the one on Ambassador Caffery and Congress."
