"Venue is just not able to support big acts. The venue layout is just so weird and really makes no sense. Vip section is a joke and not worth it. The sound system needs a huge upgrade we couldn’t hear the music or what the djs were saying. The crowd was getting out of control at times and it got to a point where no one could move or breath barely and yet people kept shoving there way through to get to the front. Not enough bathrooms and the staff we encountered were rude, the girl scanning our tickets snapped on my friend for asking if we had to do anything else to check in with them or go to the other line just not worth your money going here. We drove from Florida to see illenium and had vip and still ended up having to watch him play on a screen at the venue, very disappointing."

"VIP is way oversold, can’t even move or get a good view of the performers. The main event is ticketed for 9pm but doesn’t show up until 2am. Waste of time and money"

"I want to like this venue, but putting the VIP booths in the middle of the dance floor, barely spaced from the front of the stage, and then allowing the people in the sections to STAND ON TOP OF THE SEATS, means that 20 people get to block the view of almost every other person on the dance floor. If I get a notification that someone I like is playing here I get sad because I know its going to be a bad experience."
