Walmart Pharmacy

"Just had surgery, and they are out of a very popular pain med. They told me it would be in next week. Then told me to call the Dr and get it somewhere else, however it is Friday at 6:45 pm. So I guess I will just be in pain because walmart can't stock a popular pain med, thanks...."

"Very rude when someone calls. Asked about hours and guy was rude and said I close in 1 minute and didn't want to tell me what time they opened so I could call back and ask about a certain medicine. Also knowing they were about to close I wouldn't had asked tonight anyways but no need to be rude about the hours"

"My son needs frequent medications and this pharmacy has been the best one in Silsbee. When his medicaid doesn't cover something, they do everything in their power to help us. And the pharmacist is the sweetest, most caring and competent pharmacist I have ever met so far! I absolutely recommend using this location for your prescriptions! P.s. They will also help with ANY questions you have about items in that area as well, for example eye drops, over the counter pain management, etc."

"Had a prescription phoned in by dentist. Waited two days to allow for it to be filled(received no call). Arrived to learn that ins. info had been lost in their system. Gave them tbe info. Was told that there would be a wait before it would be ready. Waited a week before returning for the prescription. Paid full price for the medication .Gave them the information again. Was sent back to pick-up register to receive refund. Waited for refund approval. Waited again until a person authorized to open the register arrived. Received refund. Atte.pted to leave, then called back to the register to exchange receipts. Five minute meds pick-up took well over an hour."

"Wife has Rx called into pharmacy around 330ish. We go do our errands and get to the pharmacy around 745ish. Wife is told oh we do not have that Rx, we haven't had it for sometime. Well would have been nice if the pharmacy would have called us and/or the Dr. To have the Rx changed.way to go Walmart pharmacy..."
