Walmart Pharmacy

"Been buying my tires here for years as well as my oil changes. However when I arrived today for my tire appointment they decided to send it back despite the manager of automotive saying that they would hold it as she put a note on the tire. Gilbert was the employee who messed up but he didn't want to make it right by either giving me a similar tire at the same price or my refund in cash. Overall very disappointed the staff messed up and didn't care enough to help us out...hopefully my tire makes it until I can get a tire a superior tire in town, no longer gonna use Walmart automotive thanks to gilbert"

"Very rude and incompetent. Half the employees don't know what they are doing and tell patients wrong. Since their employees don't know what they are doing, I know have to go without medication that is life threatening until Monday!"

"Vidor Wal-Mart needs to either fix their RX drive-thru or stop advertising it. I pulled up their "curb side" to get a RX because their actual drive-thru is "not operational" (and a billion $ company can't seem to get it fixed), called in, placed on hold .... then after nearly 5 min of being on hold someone comes to the phone to say their "handheld" is down (along with another excuse about "lighting" concerns). 1 There was no lighting 2 If the handheld was down it wouldn't matter if it was lighting or not THEY STILL COULD NOT DO IT --- SO WHY NOT TELL PEOPLE THAT INSTEAD OF PUTTING THEM ON HOLD FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON?? I mentioned that when the second person came back to the phone -- the response was as if she could not understand that. No apology just a reiteration of how they can't come out when it's lightning. I wish Elon would buy them!!"

"Worst experience ever! Been using them for over a year due to our insurance. They were welcoming in the beginning but as time went on they became lazy, rude, unethical and completely unprofessional. They will not let you speak to the pharmacist even if the pharmacist asks for you to call them back. The techs will hang up on you and so will all the pharmacist. They will make you feel uncomfortable and if you take a controlled substance even if your not a addict they will treat you like one. They have made up policies that make no sense. They will fill prescriptions at their discretion. They always have an excuse as to why it is not done, either a truck has to come or we have to speak to insurance or a made up policy. By the way call insurance they never heard of the policy nor did they have an issue with you getting filled. I have never in my entire life been treated so poorly and unproductive. Honestly pharmacy should be shut down cleaned out and start fresh, no one should be treated in this manner no one. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!"

"My husband showed the pharmacy Good RX coupon for his medication, which said $31. Not only was the employee snooty and rude she denied him using the coupon and charged him $97 for 9 pills. EXTREMELY upset by this. We do not have insurance and already pay our doctor Bill's out of pocket along with out prescriptions. Good to know all other Wal Marts accept Good RX except the vidor location. Will never use them again."
