"Extremely rude drive thru lady. She acted like she didn't want to be there and asked me for my name....I told her my name and tried looking me up on her computer then asked for my date of birth when I told her and she looked it up she asked me did I mean my maiden name instead and I said no I haven't gone by that name in 10 years she then told me they didn't have it and dismissed me....I had my husband return a few hours later to check and see if they filled my prescription and when he told her my name she LAUGHED at him and just looked him dead in the face said it wasn't there and told him to leave without even looking it up. She is the worest and should be fired. What kind of people are yall hiring anyway?"

"The drive thru person is so rude. She rolled her eyes at me when I questioned the price of my meds, it was double. Then she made fun of me with a coworker and they had a good laugh. I recently had major spine surgery and was unable to go inside, I did report her, but I feel like it won't be addressed."

"This is a great pharmacy! I usually trade at their Beaumont location because it is so close to my house, however I occasionally use the Vidor store because it is closer to my work. Even with such few visits, some of the staff calls me by name when I walk through the door. The building is very nice and clean, and without all the clutter of a national chain type pharmacy. Sometimes I forget that they offer delivery for prescriptions as well, which is an invaluable service when you have a sick kid."
