"Been trying to get pricing and availability of a part for my Kubota tractor for the last three days. Talked with two different sales/parts people to no avail. They took my name/number and promised to get back with me. Nothing. Finally decided to just order the part online. So much for trying to do business locally. SMH Follow up to my previous review. First of all, I want to thank management for the quick response to my concerns. However the offer to come in and speak to the manager doesn’t address the problem in my opinion. I have read other reviews that stated the same issue. Lack of follow up responses from your sales/ parts team. Perhaps the manager could address these issues with that team. I still want to support local businesses. I understand the struggle/competition brick and mortar businesses have and don’t want to become an online shopper, even though their prices are usually cheaper, even with shipping costs."

"Zack Hall been looking for a 75-2 since summer, called me before thanksgiving and advised he had a 75-3 on a truck inbound. I went to the store on Wednesday and did a credit app and received my machine on Monday after thanksgiving. Cory handled the paperwork and I bet it wasn’t five minutes to complete. We visited for 15 minutes. I just told the guys, I had bought a car and a motorcycle in august and September, and I was never buying another vehicle in Calcasieu parish. Henderson guys changed my mind. Also they were $3000 dollars cheaper than an out of town dealer. I love Kubota and this is my first skid steer and I love it. Thanks for the great buying experience. "Purchasing was fine. Salesman was friendly but that's where the good part STOPPED . Tractor was delivered brake kept getting stuck (as soon as it was taken off the lowboy),fluids leaking out it didn't have the quick connect, wrong tires ,hood was extremely faded and rough like sandpaper wires weren't connected and got stranded also break finally got stuck for good. It's been in shop 4 or 5 times and I've only had it a few months. The tractor we looked at and looked over we found out later they delivered a different tractor without telling us. The fitting that connects the backhoe was broke so we brought it to them to get a different one they filled on warranty but now refuse to send it to us we live 1 hour away. We've made so many trip over there trying to get the tractor fixed because no one will ever call back so we have to drive over there to find out anything. Hopefully this will be the last problem with them or the tractor.You would think after all the problems we have had they would mail the little 3 inch long connector to us . What would it hurt. Customer service is horrible after the sale ."
