They ransacked my bike so I need to apologize and find peace with this place because you can’t trust anyone else in this town to fix a bike, right"

"Called inquiring if they still had a bicycle in house and still on sale that I saw on their web-page. Guy who answered the phone walked to the floor and gave me the information I asked and even threw in some knowledge I didn’t ask about. After him telling me the bike I asked about was in stock, I told him I was on my way and he held it for me until I arrived. After allowing me a test ride in the parking lot, I told him I wanted the bike. He immediately took it to the back and told me they would give it a twice over to make sure it was perfect with no defects. Super professional and friendly as hell. He even helped me load it into my vehicle. I will definitely be back. Capitol Cyclery is a class act!!"
