"Had my pool installed and maintained by the Pool Bandit over ten years ago. Also had pool maintained and cleaned weekly for over ten years with maintenance agreement. I've had nothing but great customer service through the years. Mr. Brown and his experienced crew are always willing go out of their way to make sure our pool had sparkling clear water for every special occasion pool party we had. On more than one occasion, Mr. Brown himself came to save the day when crop dusters (I live surrounded by farm land) clouded up my pool right before a weekend or a planned pool party. Me, my wife, kids and grandkids love and appreciate The Pool Bandit and all their crew members for keeping us in crystal clear water in a well maintained pool for the past several summers. "Terrible !! They did a terrible job putting in our pool liner! We had a huge rock left under the liner and a ton of wrinkles left in it. They even installed the jet in upside down.When we tried to ask them to come out and fix their mess they acted as though they did us a favor by putting in our liner because we were out of the way. Once they finally came out to try and fix it they said the reason it messed up was because the liner wasnt big enough. We had to hire someone else to come and fix their mess. The pool liner fit perfect , with no wrinkles! I Wouldn't recommend Pool bandit to anyone!!"
