CVS Pharmacy

"Inefficient! Drive-through is often closed during regular drive-through hours as was the case this particular visit. I prepaid for a prescription, but they put the order back in stock anyway. Then they told me that I didn’t have any refills left on that prescription in spite of just having put that whole prescription back into stock. They told me I had to call my doctor for a new prescription. I asked about my refund for my prescription that I had prepaid. They told me I should get an email within 48 hours crediting my credit card. I’ll be amazed if that happens without me having to spend hours on the phone with CVS. After spending 20 to 30 minutes in the pharmacy discussing this issue, when I get home —a 20 minute drive— I get a text message that my other prescription is now ready. You don’t think that them looking into the system and seeing all of this information that they could not have told me that my other prescription would be ready in just a little while while I was standing there?!?! UNBELIEVABLE!!!"
