"Knives are well made and best customer service I probably have received from anyone in my entire life. My good friends dad passed away and I was looking for something to get him to remember his dad. The only issue was I needed the knife with a custom picture etched in the knife at my house in 2 days. I sent him the picture at 7 pm and he said he would do it first thing in the morning and overnight it to me. I received it on time and it looked great. Thank you so much!"
