"If I could give them a zero, I would! Waited 2 1/2 hours as they proceeded to tell me it’s not ready yet and then 25 minutes before closing they tell me they don’t have it. After checking in multiple times."

"A prescription was called in on a Friday and I called on Friday to check about it. They claimed they never received it, however, 4 days later it appeared to be ready. They state over 250 people are ahead of me for my new prescription that I brought in but failed to let me know about a delay. I’ve never had problems before here but I don’t recommend!"

"Don’t use this pharmacy. I don’t know what is going on but it’s crazy bad for months now over here and it’s so bad, I can’t even transfer my prescriptions out because they don’t answer the phones. The people there are nice, but something happened a few months ago and now it’s nothing but pure chaos and it takes a good 5-7 days for a refill to be ready."

"This pharmacy is so incredibly slow and unhelpful. When I attempted to drop off a prescription to be filled they notified me that it was out of stock and I said “Can’t you just order it?” and the pharmacy tech said No. I have never been to a pharmacy that didn’t order medications for customers who had scripts for them. Just stay with Walgreens or CVS, they know how to do it quickly and efficiently."
