"Worst pharmacy I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Almost every time has been a negative experience. From pharmacy techs claiming they "just received prescriptions" when we confirmed earlier that they'd received it to techs letting you walk up and tell them who you're picking up for just to rudely tell you "we're closed." Learn to do your job, learn to not lie, learn some customer service."

"They refused to fill one of my prescriptions bc it is a controlled substance, even though they had filled it before at least a half dozen times!! The pharmacist (Artin) was very rude to me and treated me like I am a dopehead bc I needed my medication! The reason for not filling it was that my doctor is a Telehealth doctor and he acted like he’s basically not a real doctor!! He said they have a policy that if the doctor is not within a one hour radius of the pharmacy that they do not fill prescriptions from doctors outside of that radius. I had four other prescriptions from the same doctor and they were willing to fill those four but not my medication to keep me from having seizures. I honestly felt like he was lying to me because of the fact that he was willing to fill the other prescriptions just not this one! Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and I will NEVER use them again!!! I am also going to report this to whatever agency is over pharmacies in the state of Texas because this is complete discrimination! I highly advise not to use this pharmacy!"
