"I get several prescriptions filled every month. One is controlled so I can only get it every 30 days when I run out. As a consequence, I ask each time if it will be filled that day for sure. I am told each time that it will. Twice now, I've shown up to pick up my meds, sit in line at the drive-thru window, and then am told my prescription isn't ready. I'm given excuses each time. I've also had them charge my credit card on file for my meds when I didn't want them to only to be told it was too late. It is always something."
