"Found Bayou online as the closest dealer for a new 2024 Grey Wolf to my location. Spoke with Seth over the phone about my interest and what I would be trading in. Ryan the finance manager called back with all of the details and we agreed on a deal. Both knew I was on a tight schedule and made the deal happen around my schedule. These guys were great, up front about everything. They explained the details of finance, warranty and GAP insurance. Walked me thru the deal and I was in and out within 3 hours with my new travel trailer (this included all the prep, walk thru and transfer personal items from one trailer to another) A few days later I had some issues with the entry door and both Ryan and Seth were all over it and contacted manufacturer for me and had factory warranty get it covered. Great place to buy a travel trailer or RV and I didn't feel any pressure to buy anything. Even if I wasn't in the are if I consider buying anything else, I will bring my busi ess to them."

"These people are thieves! Ordered a RV putting down a $500.00 deposit with credit card and wanted some accessories added. Had to pay for accessories before they would order them. Paid $2770.00 with check for accessories because they wanted 5% extra to pay with credit card. Things went sideways and I told them I was backing out of the deal knowing I would lose the deposit. They refuse to refund me for the accessories or let me have the accessories."

He did such an amazing job all the way from us looking for a new RV to the process of trading in our airstream (which was quite difficult for us to part with). Scott even ran to get us food on his lunch break because we were trying to move RV’s, and we were there all day. Billy in finance did a great job, also. Our tech was Cam, and he was so patient with our questions, and so thorough in every aspect of our moving/buying day. Two thumbs up for Bayou!"
