"Went in today for a simple product. The lady came out from the back and I watched her rudely speak to other customers. She then asked if we needed anymore help. I replied that I had a question on which product to use between two different ones in which she laughed in my face and explained what I already knew, like I was stupid. Then I proceeded to explain what I was trying to achieve when she cut me off and repeated the same thing and started laughing with her buddy. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM ANOTHER DOLLAR and neither will anybody we know! They used to be our go to, but we will go somewhere else- what a shame! You need new faces to this business and BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. We watched 3 sales in 5 minutes walk out that door because of the associates."

"Didn't get in the door good and the man working there was telling me they had nothing that would help me with what I needed, their pricing is so far outta line with other pool stores it's really laughable. Needless to say I won't go back."

"I agree that customer service is severely lacking in this store. I bought one of their long poles for pool cleaning and used it 3-4 times and it snapped where it loosens to expand to a longer length. It is no longer useful as a long cleaning pole. I could use the short end, but that does me no good in deep water. The pole was close to $50 as I recall. I bought it in July and returned it in September and was told too bad. No refund, no exchange, no warranty. I won't buy equipment from that store again unless I have absolutely no other option. Am going today to look for a long pole somewhere else."

"Very low customer service from management on down. After almost $300 worth of chemicals and following precise instructions that were provided, I still had same problems with pool. After another visit with the manager, he says, "Let's try these chemicals then." I refused and all I got was "Oh well, it is what it is" and he turned away from me. REALLY! WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!"
