"Equipment is constantly broken, the sauna is garbage and barely works, place is constantly packed, and dirty. There’s no keycard access for the tanning/red light rooms so good luck using it outside staff hours. The only real benefit is that it’s 24 hours and the selection of workout options is pretty varied."
"Be aware: the female employees will waltz right into the men’s locker room with no warning. We will be changing, showering, in the sauna, etc in the locker room without being fully clothed and they regularly walk right in. Been going here for over a year, and given that I’ve been a member of gyms all over the country I confidently say this gym is not up to par."
"Really love this gym! State of the art equipment and everything you could ask for including even light therapy and hydro massage chairs. Very impressed with all the machines and second floor with additional space and workout equipment for any type of workout."
"Mostly a convenient gym but the amenities don't stay open as late as the site claims. In fact they close amenities early every day. How early they close them seems on the whim of whoever is working. For this reason I'm considering changing gyms. It would be ideal for key cards to be used for tanning, red light therapy, etc. that way staff isn't needed to monitor these elements"
"Solid gym, one of the best in Shreveport/Bossier. This gym literally has everything you need to get the job done and also offers amenities like a tanning bed, hydro massage, and sauna inside of the locker room. The service is great and the atmosphere is cool too. Club4 fitness is a welcomed addition to the area."
