The store manager (blonde and tall) over Pines Road in Shreveport and Airline Drive in bossier Gamestop’s told me that the extra preorder bonus stuff (extra stock they get sent) he doesn’t give It to “people like me!” I’ve never been so disrespected by a GameStop employee I will not return or recommend these locations to anyone until he is gone"

"If I could give 0 stars I would , Koko is the most disrespectful and entitled person I’ve ever seen I came into buy a new system was told they don’t have it and i was asking for help to order one she said I can do that myself online and said if I don’t know maybe I should do research like other old people should , had the worse attitude and was taking to someone and constantly looking at her phone , I will not be coming here again and will take my business to Best Buy"

"Went to return an item I purchased 2days ago. Had my receipt, plus the item was never opened. I told the cashier that I made the wrong purchase and that I need to swap the item for a different item and that I would pay the difference. He told me that there policy states I couldn't return the item because I refused to purchase a warranty. Last I checked you had 30 days to return a item. He was very rude to me and after I told him that he was being rude. He sarcastically went back and forth with me. He finally called someone and they gave him the ok to exchange the item."

"I had an issue with a preowned controller that I bought. I was able to return the same day and exchange it for another controller. They also gave me a 1 year warranty. If I have any issues with it, they will exchange for a brand new controller."
