"Benny and Brittney are pharmacy Rock Stars! These 2 and one other that i cant remember her name, are always friendly and helpful and have great attitudes. They have many years of service to Walmart and to me that's amazing. On the other hand, the other techs are so rude when you have a script for pain meds. You're treated like a degenerate and they hold that over your head. They talk to you any kind of way and I spoke my mind back to her one time and she made sure I didn't get my meds for another week. No good talking to the pharmacy manager or another pharmacist because they will back up their tech, not the customer. They always use the excuse that the medicine is out of stock. I don't want to switch pharmacies because the front techs are so nice and the other pharmacies in town are even worse. I'm stuck. I can't tell you how many times I've been told they were out of something and then get a text 30 minutes later that it's ready. They will lie to you about pain meds!!."

"This walmart use to be my favorite to go to but not anymore. The last several times me or my family has gone to this locations pharmacy. I have gotten attitudes and rude behavior. Now I work in customer service and would never be a "karen" going to a place of business. But this has not happened just once these instances have all been within the last 6 months. One time I went to pick up my nieces prescription and I didn't realize I was going to have to pay so I had asked so the insurance doesn't cover it and I got a eye roll and a if you have questions go to the drop off window and I felt like they were like get out of my window. But then there have been other instances too. One day i got there right as they were opening and the one girl opened the gate thing and again with the eye roll and made the comment all these people are already lined up loud enough that I could hear 10 to 15 feet away. Then when I got up to the window had a attitude. I'm at the point im not going to use them anymore. They need to take pointers from the pharmacy on Airline I haven't had any issues there."

"As written on Facebook I was very upset when my husband called me to let me know that the local Walmart pharmacy refused to fill my prescription because we don’t use them regularly. I was a few hours post op and in pain. This meant that he had to go across town to our regular pharmacy to get my prescription filled. I spoke with a pharmacist and what she said was outrageous!! Walmart pharmacy is only serving people who use them regularly. She mentioned people going to different pharmacies for drugs. Ridiculous. Our drivers licenses are scanned at any pharmacy we use when purchasing meds."

"Sometime they need to genuinely be Happy at work especially if the customer is compliant and full of good energy ! Times are tough but theres no need for ugly attitudes!!!!!!! Positive energy people please. And if you not meaning to have the attitude well i don’t know fix it"
