"If I could rate negative stars I would. First, if looking for an insurance agent, please, please look elsewhere. The story: AJG took over our other agency in New Orleans so we had no choice. We were homeowners, had our home policy and flood insurance. Thankfully we suffered no loss or damages, it is when we sold the property and tried to cancel the insurance that the nightmare began. We notified our agent, sent in proper documentation (sale was in November 2021) and expected a timely response and a refund on our annual premium of both homeowner's insurance and flood insurance. I will not make this longer than it already is, but suffice it to say, it is mid June and we are STILL getting overdue notices and collections bills from the underwriters for a property we SOLD eight months ago. I have written emails, called, even tried to go to the New Orleans office, to no avail. Do not use AJG, repeat, do NOT use AJG, especially for the New Orleans area."
