"Got all the help i could possibly ask for"
"They didn't have chat options."
"The actual wellcare coverage is great. The Lafayette WellCare office never has anyone there. I tried to call them at least 20 times in less than a week at various times of the day with no answer. And my doctor ordered me a wheelchair almost 2 months ago. WellCare had to pre -approve it. Well it took them almost 2 .months to do that. I called me "agent" for help with this. He never returned my phone call so I am looking for another agent. The actual company is great with great benefits like $3000 dental plus a flexible card (debit card) that has $1000 on it for glasses,dental or hearing. I personally got myself some transition lense glasses at my last eye exam. The flex card paid for them with no problem. The customer service reps are very respectful and very professional. I definitely recommend WellCare to anyone who has Medicare. The co-pay for meds, I pay no more than $3.70 for a 30 or 90 day supply of meds. So I think that's a good thing. I get my docs to write me a 90 day supply of meds because the cost is the same as a 30 day supply."
"If I could give no stars I would. I've been on the phone with them for over 1.5 hours. I was just trying to find out if my client can get transportation services. She called me crying because she had no rides to her appointments. I feel like crying after being transferred over 20 times with no results. Check their website for information and it says it provides it but there's no number to contact to arrange transportation. Absolutely horrible."
"DO NOT deal with WellCare. They have taken advantage of my Elderly 75-year old Grandmother. They harass her with surveys, and they wanted to deny the payment for her evaluation for Kindey Failure! All they care about is the money they make off of Preventative Tests (Colon Cancer Screening, Eye Exams, Etc). Medicare should do something about this Corrupt company."
