"I rolled into this location really close to closing time after confirming they have some batteries for my vape device via phone moments before. I try to call before hand now days because not every vape shop is a vape shop if ya been doing this for a while. Luckily the host on deck was an over the top professional showcasing great leadership qualities that any business would LOVE to have on their team. The friendly inviting nature of this visit was most appreciated. The information about the batteries was thoroughly presented with a smile. This is a world apart from the alternative vape shop that is closer to me. Not as important, but the shop is roomier and laid out better than any of the other vape shops around town. They have many display cases and a lot of pizazz with led lights and a great ambience to the location. For all of these reasons I can say I will rely on them for my vape needs in the future regardless of the drive. I even told my wife when I got home how impressed I was and how much fun I had going there. Thanks a ton for creating this awesome company culture and choosing the excellent staff choices... the last time I went in the other employee that I dealt with was also a very knowledgeable and professional steward through that transaction experience.
