"Over all i did enjoy my 5 years living at the Mayfair. The staff was always helpful and they did host alot of events. Work requests were worked on very fast once submitted. The gym and the trainer was a plus and the pool was always great during the summer. Unfortunately there were a few bad things like having my motorcycle stolen or getting my windows broken into at night. On the bright side they did start increasing security at night which greatly helped with issues like this."
"We have a personal trainer! He is very attentive. I told him my concerns as a woman over 50. He listened. The workout was suited for my concerns. Darrell is knowledgeable. I am so happy we have access to a real trainer."
"People are constantly smoking weed everywhere! My unit constantly smells like weed from my neighbors and while walking with my family in the neighborhood people are out smoking. The playground always has garbage everywhere. The pool was never cleaned clumps of hair were everywhere… don’t wear goggles the water was nasty!! And the units are definitely not as nice as advertised. Overall very disappointed. We have been here for 10 months and it seems to be getting worse."
"Prices online are completely different than in person. Myself not being worried about the price difference called to inquire about the Taylor (when shows available on Mayfair website, but was to it isn't available on phone) was quoted 1800+ for a smaller unit (the Arianna). No waiting list, so pretty much you just have to settle for where they want you. I recommend the Saulet if your looking. The staff there was extremely helpful, and courteous."
