Instead of cleaning up, they paint over EVERYTHING. Including the shower. I will be reaching out to the manager's boss, because they have honestly showed that do not care about the well being of their tenants or the cleanliness of their apartments."

"My daughter moved in this month. As a parent, I am pleased so far. The staff is always responsive, friendly, and professional. Maintenance requests have been met and addressed timely. The furniture provided is not the best/most modern but is doable. The grounds are clean/well-maintained. Plus, the complex is quiet. I particularly like that UNO's police frequently rides around the complex and the complex is gated. In a nutshell, I feel that my daughter is safe. I will my update my review at year's end but as of now, I would recommend it."
"lived here for three long years, honestly, pretty decent place to live for the most part but needs a lot of work. there is almost no privacy, maintenance and staff will knock on your door early in the morning or at any time really, if you don’t answer, they have a universal key and they will just walk right in. Felt unsafe as a girl living here. Sidenote, this isn’t that annoying I guess but there is frequently a large family in the washer dryer room, they use all the machines and sit there until the laundry is done, which is fine. But it’s obviously not a group of students or residents, just people coming to use the laundry resources. maybe if they actually started locking the door, where only residents with a key fob could access it, this wouldn’t be an issue. I will say anytime I had an issue, and submitted a request via the portal, someone from the maintenance team would come help me rather quickly."
