"SCAM!!!!! These apartments are Nice at first glance but comes with so many problems after. The elevator is always broken, and when it does work it usually lasts for a day or two and is broken again. Our ac had a leak from day one and was NEVER repaired. We had fungus and mushrooms growing around the ac closet. There is one lady to keep the entire property clean and she can only do so much by herself. On top of all of that, the ladies that work in the office are some of rudest, most disrespectful people I’ve ever come across. They will get mad at you for complaining about ANYTHING in your apartment and on several occasions has cursed at residents AND HAS BEEN CAUGHT FIGHTING RESIDENTS!!! I lived there for two years and never received a copy of my lease because they don’t have them on property for some reason. I’m so confused as to how these apartments are still open. Please do yourself a favor and run. Or go to the building yourself and see how raggedy it is in person. You don’t need a code to get in the gate or to use the elevators."
"The Marquis Apartments are very spacious that offer 3 and four bedroom apartments. You get more room for your money with a mixture of carpet and flooring throughout the apartment. All the apartments come with a balcony."
