"New Bluegreen Vacations' Marquee. It is an elegant new timeshare. A great place to feel like a VIP. The single standard rooms have no balcony. Single deluxe and higher do. Has a Broadway theme with a New Orleans flair. We have been owners for over 25 years and this is the most elegant. Walking distance to Super Dome, French Quarter, and $3 for 24hr street car and bus transportation to everywhere in New Orleans right outside the door."

"Having lived there for 3.5 years let me just say that this place is far from luxury. Management is at best, horrible. AC and heating rarely worked. You can hear everything between the floors and walls including people on the toilet. The building has minimum security and is located on a corner known for a lot of shootings. Garage is not secure at all. Pool is the size of a whirlpool. Their is no sense of community. Hard to get deliveries since the office is always closed . Most people have a hard time getting their deposit back. I'm having to sue them for mine. Stay far away from this place."
