"Pipe leaking never repaired. Mold cover up with joint compound never treated with chemicals. Mold and mildew in the a/c. Water leaking through out the building There’s no a/c blowing on any floors doing the summer time. The floors are very and they have the heater on doing winter. They only have a/c in the second floor. Hibernia building apartments a/c blows doing the summer time on every floors. Mold in the a/c unit. Windows cover with mildew. People urinating in the staircase! That’s just for starters!"

"They try. The apartments aren’t amazing, but that’s the cost in New Orleans. Lived here for over a year, can’t wait to move out. Maintenance is sometimes good at fixing things quickly, sometimes they don’t tell you about a problem until it’s miserable. Management and officer workers are kind of rude. Random people get inside and sleep in the hallways sometimes… relatively secure, but the extra hundred bucks might be worth living somewhere else."

"I usually don’t think to leave reviews for any businesses, even when I’ve had bad experiences, but I really don’t want anyone to be stuck in this situation. I want to start by saying that the leasing manager and maintenance person are very nice and responsive, but this is absolutely not luxury housing. The day we moved in (May 2021 on the 5th floor) the first thing I saw was a cockroach in the kitchen. We’ve had pest control come and spray the apartment 3 times in the past 2 months to no avail. We are now paying the lease breaking fee on top of August rent to leave because these pest control visits obviously won’t solve a cockroach problem that needs to be taken care of by sealing off the areas they are getting in at. They are living somewhere in the kitchen and come out of the stove!! It’s horrifying. When we were moving in, someone else on our floor was moving out for the exact same reason. Our kitchen flooded a couple of times via dishwasher and plumbing back up. They seem to have been solving those types of problems with draino, which is terrible for the piping in the long term. We did try to work with the leasing manager to move to a different floor, which he said he would accommodate and call us when the apartment opened up. We did not receive a phone call, voicemail, email or any form of communication, but when we ran into him in the lobby, he stated that he tried to call us, left a voicemail but ended up giving the apartment to someone else. I don’t know if that’s true or not."

"Stayed here for a year in a small studio. Carmen at the office is a wonderful resource and a great person. The location is unbeatable and the rooftop pool deck has a nice view. The service request turn around time was always quick. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for affordable pricing in the CBD."
