Arbors On Lake Apartments

"Sharing my opinion, for the last seven months, I have reside at these apartments, Overall appearance definitely meet standards but I cannot see the same about overall experience in apartments. Seems like I’ve been spending more money on apartment expenses when it’s kind of strange, coming from a apartment, that’s supposed to be pet, friendly neighbor, friendly, and staffing friendly but lately I’ve been feeling the opposite we are certain situations get swapped under the rug and things get over the look."

"I’m going on my 7th year as a resident at Arbors and I can honestly say it is the best apartment community in New Orleans East. I appreciate the friendly staff, the timely response for maintenance requests, courtesy officer, security at night, and recently installed lighting that has brighten up the parking lot to make everyone feel safe. It’s not perfect by no means, but the staff does care and Misty, the Property Manager, advocates on our behalf. The property has made steady improvements of over the last two years and I believe that’s a credit to her."

"The best apartment I’ve lived in so far, l the ladies in the office are so sweet humble Omg. TBH I haven’t had any problems yet… safety and living comfortable are these ladies top priorities for community.. wish I had more then 5 stars to give, because these ladies and complex deserve more than five stars. I will be renewing my lease. ❤️"

"I love it here and I'm not a resident! Working here has changed my perspective on apartment experiences. The property has a great team and they work very well together. The Community Manager, Misty is amazing! She has taught me so much in such a little time. More importantly, she has helped me to remember that each day should be lived in and on purpose. The staff are quick to respond. The community is very affordable. The amenities, just to name a few: washer/dryer in each apartment; water/cable/internet are included in the rent. With a mission to ensure that the residents are first priority, how can one not love it here. I recommend Arbors on the Lake as one of the best communities to work in or live in New Orleans East."

"Arbors on the Lake is one of the nicest apartment complexes here in New Orleans East. I’ve been living here for over 6 years now and I can truly say that it has been a very pleasant experience. The office and maintenance staff is amazing! Any issues that I’ve encountered over the years have been attended to and handled in a very timely manner. I feel safe here in this gated community. The complex grounds are nice and clean and I never have issues with garbage disposal. The rent is affordable with an easy payment system. If I could change anything here it would be visitor parking and flooring. We could use more visitor parking spots and the apartment flooring could use an update. I love it here!"
