"Moving in was a breeze but they don’t tell you about the rent until you’re in. It’s $35 to pay your rent online or you have to go out your way to pay it at a store for $2. The pool is okay but not safe ladders look risky. Need more dumpsters or a bigger dumpsters it takes one day to fill and be a hot mess outside but the grounds keeper try their best to keep it together."

"100% transparency. I moved here from Houston. My last apartment was condo style so this was already a step down and I set my expectations pretty low. I will say maintenance responds fairly quickly. Office staff…pretends they care but as soon as you have an issue the true attitudes come out. I’ve had two instances where they took their precious times. Rent prices are all over the place. I could blame the economy but I’ve conversed with quite a few neighbors and the prices range from my neighbor paying $750 to a lady across the property paying $1100 and I make sure they are one bedrooms when I ask(the same as mine). My biggest issue was the bed bug problem I was blamed for a forced to pay the pest control. $600. Not to mention my neighbors all had them and just chose not to report it because of the fee that comes attached that most people cannot afford on top of their rent. I did not have bed bugs prior to moving here and I work from home. I literally go to the corner store and back home. Had the cleaning done and within 3 weeks mot only were they back, but my neighbors across from me sad she’d had them for months before I moved there and just waited until she could afford it…….. I don’t blame her but 9/10 that’s where they came from. Pool is NEVER clean. Parking lot is always full with visitors and non visitors. Apartments falls apartment with zero help. It’s just not worth $1150 a month. Not even close."

"I’ve only been in my unit 1 month and when I tell you everything is beyond amazing landscaping is always immaculate and maintenance respond just as quickly as you report your issues not to mention the incredible office staff who’s ALWAYS willing to assist you with any and every issue and/or concern. I especially enjoy the newly renovated laundry room not too far from my unit and a park and swing set for the children in the complex. I highly recommend anyone in search of a safe feeling and quiet place to live to come on over!"
