"If I could give negative stars, I would. I lived here about 6 years ago. The place was infested with roaches. No matter how much I cleaned and had pest control, they never went away. The whole floor had the problem. The office staff was extremely rude as well. I lived here less than 6 months and was so grateful to be out when my ex husband's lease was up. Worst apartments ever."

"I've lived in these apartments since 1974 off and on I always come back and because I leave the right way I've always been able to come back I love the closet space maintenance department is awesome. The Lifeguard love children safe and it's around everything you need CVS Wendy's Costco's and more anything break it will get fixed the same day I have always enjoyed my stay here."

"I’ve been here for 2 years and getting ready to move. This place is not what it claims to be. There’s only 2 washing machine working 2dryers. The girl in the office complaints about parking but will allow the Latino’ s park in the visitor spot for 2 months but will have your car towed. They don’t like when you tell them something wrong with your apartment.The lady in the office runs the whole apartment while the man in the back office don’t say anything. Natasha Moore runs this place she says who stay and who goes. This place I gave a 2 star. It’s not what it seems to be. Mr. Mike I feel for you cause Natasha is going to be the reason nobody wants to really stay."

"They have a pool but it's never open and when it is it's during work hours and that's only 2 months out of the year. Stray cats everywhere on top of vehicles scratching the hell out of them. Washers and dryers cost 100 a month cuz they never work. Cops are there all the time, shootings, pest control comes in every week to act like they are doing something and look at everyone's stuff. Have fun"

"Worse place to live ac is always going out hot water goes off alot and they wont tell you anything alot of rules the manager lies alot the ac was broke 5 times in my apartment raising by entergy bill over 120 more then what i usually spend for 6 mths and the maintenance man tells me i can get a refund and the manager denies he said that. So i get stuck with the over charges. Dishwasher doesnt work, cabinets are old had 2 fall in the kitchen. Had my wedding ring stolen out of my apartment because the maintenance men are allowed to walk in your apartment if you put a work order in even if your not home. I was putting my kids to sleep he knocked once being that i put the order i 2 hours ago and just let himself in. These people will rip you off and not care do not live here. Worst part they get someone to do pest control because of my kids allergies i asked them about the gel for my apartment they said theyll do it next time next time come and the manager says he wont allow the dude to do gel because it will take an extra 10mins because hell have to do it for the other people who request it also 10mins really my kids have bad allergies they were sneezing the last time he sprayed so he told me to handle my own pest control for now on. Being that there was a huge hole behind the stove i told them to come fix for months the never got to. DO NOT LIVE HERE THERE ARE better less expensive apartment's in the city we only moved here last minute but im glad we left"
