Four Winds Apartments - New Orleans

"I have either lived or stayed in several other apartments in the CBD, but they didn’t even come close to the wonderful experiences I’ve had living here at the Four Winds for the last 6 months! Maria, Cassandra, and all of the other staff members exceed my expectations - everyone is approachable AND helpful (at other apartment complexes here it’s usually only one of those… or neither). They’re all so friendly and gentle with my cat too, especially Cassandra :) Amenities are unmatched, 24/7 security, safe and clean apartments, regular hassle free pest control, fun resident events just to name a few. I’m so excited to keep living here for the next few years while I finish my graduate degree in New Orleans."

"Hands down the best luxury apartments in New Orleans. I have been a resident for a year. I’m going to be a lifelong resident. I’m literally at awe everytime i walk in the building. I absolutely love my apartment, my kitchen, huge windows. Beautiful hardwood floors. And the rooftop makes me want to cry because the view is impeccable. Four Winds staff is amazing and so friendly. It feels like a family. I can’t see myself living anywhere else!"

"The building and staff are absolutely AMAZING. I relocated from out of state so I needed a lot of help getting set up and worried about what the place would be like. Kassandra and the staff DID NOT disappoint, and the apartment is absolutely fabulous. They are quick to answer questions and respond to issues. I love everything about the place, the kitchen has oak cabinets and granite countertops, the bathroom is rather spacious, and the marble floors and shower look awesome. There are other great amenities, the pool, movie theater, bike hub and gym. Fourwinds also offers courtesy services such as Roof Top Yoga! I was very pleased the staff was able to help put me in touch with all services I needed to be able to hop off a plane and move right in! In addition to all the great features and staff in this historic building the location is great and in the center of it all, not far from the Superdome and THE FRENCH QUARTER! This was intended to be a short-term rental for me, but I really enjoy all the amenities and the staff that ensures everything is up to par, I will definitely be renewing my lease and I highly recommend the Four Winds!"

"I have lived in this building for almost 3 years now. Sure, the amenities are truly the best in town and our rooftop view is absolutely breathtaking. BUT what makes this place so wonderful, are the people who work here. You get a corporate living vibe with a staff of genuinely delightful people who are always there to help you. They know you by name and go out of their way to make your life here as sweet and enjoyable as possible. That’s why I stay. For example, after hurricane Ida’s city wide evacuation, staff members who stayed behind checked on our apartments. They even made sure our fridges were cleaned out! Nowhere else would do that. Nowhere. I’ve lived all over this city in several of the high rises downtown and this is the best of them all. Maria is a straight up leasing management guru who is always there to listen and resolve your issues and Kassandra is the sweetest most attentive property manager in town. Straight up gems. Without them, this building would just be a building instead of a home."

"Just renewed my lease because I’m genuinely very pleased with my experience living here: good location, great amenities, and wonderful staff. Anytime I’ve had an issue, it’s been resolved quickly. Cassandra, especially, is a wonderful addition to the team. She cheerful and helpful and incredibly understanding. There’s also an overnight concierge who is an absolute angel, he always calls an elevator for us before we even get the chance to call it ourselves. The apartments have a variety of layouts and excellent kitchens. There are two gyms, a pool, a rooftop with stunning views, a movie room, and an office area. Definitely 5 stars."
