"was ready to do my SNAP interview on the date and time sent through a letter in the mail. no one called after 30min so i called them. they claimed to have called but the “wrong number was on my application” so i “missed the interview”. i checked my application and account information and the number is correct on both. this means someone dialed the wrong number, didn’t check to see if it was the wrong number, and didn’t try calling again. the wait time for doing an interview when i missed my scheduled one was 45min (which i could not wait for at the time) and had to wait a week (because of the holidays) to try and do a proper interview. negligent and truly playing with people’s time."

"My child’s father owed me back payments on my child support case. Never kept a steady job, he got a lumps sum of money and instead of the child support people depositing payments into my account, they claim they tried to contact me. They sent a letter, when I received the letter stating they were going to close my case after 60 days, I called immediately and they had already closed my case with areas still being owed. They had been depositing the money in my account without contacting me and my account information is the same. So they claim they don’t know how much there back payment was. So now this man gets his way so he is exempt from paying his debt. That’s the kind of games the child support staff play to favor the fathers. So now they sends this man a refund of 5k to go smoke up! Sad case. Legal services will be contacted."
