"Elderly or disabled tenants can't get out the main gate. One lady talks to her friend thru the gate b/c neither of them can open it. No background checks. MGPM and Anthony Bourg moved in a drug dealer just released from jail, already with a fresh warrant. Anthony and his entire maintenance team came over to watch the police raid the apartment. They could've at least fixed important broken issues while there for 4 hours. Tenants' mail is stolen because 12 of the 17 mail boxes are broken. The lies are ridiculous when you know what happened and can Google search info, but Anthony Bourg and Dawn Rosales tell you something different."
"Good company to rent from. I rented from them for a year. Quick to respond for any issues or repairs. Nice and professional staff. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to rent or buy. They will assist you in any way possible."
"I live next door to one of their properties and they do not take care of anything. This cypress tree fell during hurricane zeta, they did absolutely nothing about it. The mayor of the city ending up getting part of it cut down by Entergy because it was so dangerous on how it was leaning. The did nothing with the remaining rotting trunk. Then for hurricane Ida the rest of the cypress tree fell. I tried being patient and kind however the property manager Anthony is useless."
"None of this info was made clear on the application fee either it was nowhere!!! The lady who showed us the apartment was very nice however she did not disclose to us that we have to have 3x the amount of rent EACH because we’re not married which I told her he was my boyfriend. She told us it would be fine. She also did not disclose that we need exactly 650 credit scores. Both of these reasons would have made us ineligible and we would off of the back known we wouldn’t be accepted and could of saved the $80 application fee. We just discovered I’m 2 months pregnant so every dollar matters to us right now. We are extremely disappointed that were not old these things it makes us feel quite conned although I hope those were not your intentions. I hope you disclose these things with people in the future. It should also be on y’alls applications so the requirements are clear."
"If I can give it a worse rating I would. This place is horrible. They try to scam you in any and every way possible when it comes to money. The lease is very shady and some would say illegal. The lease states that the owner can go into any apartment at any time for any reason. They tried to force themselves into my apartment today because a neighbor told them that I was moving out. It's my last month on the lease and was almost automatically renewed because they have it in the lease that the rent automatically renews after every end term. Even if you tell them that you will not be renewing. You MUST have it in writing 30 days before the end of the lease. Simply just telling them does nothing. And their is no breaking of the lease because they state that they will hold you to every month of the lease regardless of occupancy. And you WILL lose your deposit. They do not fix anything and blame the residents for everything. It's March 1st and they told me in in violation of changing the lock because it froze open last winter and I changed it. They did NOT come to change the lock when I called and I had to sleep with the door open. They also want to charge me for an hole it the wall that was caused by the leaking a/c unit. They are fine with illegally filling the leaking unit twice a year but not with paying for the damage it causes. There is also a broken sewage pipe under my apartment and the smell comes up from under the toilet. They fix nothing, they only want your money, and everything will be your fault. Avoid these people like the plague. And remember if they don't get their money they will attack your credit. I'm expecting them to do it to me because I refuse to pay for their mistakes and negligence."
