"I am a tenant of Cypress Cove and been residing here for 2 years and I absolutely love it here. The property manager goes beyond her duties to assure me that if something needs to be repair it taken care of quickly. She cares about the property and our needs as tenants. Couldn't ask for a better Manager."

"This is a place you don’t wanna live. Ms Terri the manger has the most nasty attitude when you tryna to talk to her. Apartments has been Unlivable since the storm but still want full rent to be paid. Lived for month with no walls and mold. Still apart isn’t finish three bedroom apartment but only one room can be accessed. But again full rent has to be paid!!! Apartment complex is a joke. Grass is never cut and you can NEVER get you stuff in your apartment fixed cause there never a maintenance person. Mold is these apartments trash all over the property. Having to deal with these conditions and Terri attitude is inexcusable. You never could get in contact with the property owners and the city of Jefferson parish president office didn’t nothing. From a person living on the property currently take your money else were. Cause if I had some where else to move I would do so"

"I lived here in the past when the apartment manager was Jelissa, a really sweet, professional woman. Now the apartment is ran by a rude, unprofessional manager. I paid my rent on time, work all day long to come home to be harassed by this incapable individual whom should not be running water let alone an apartment building. She always has a nasty attitude and truly doesn't like to fix any issues but she'll create an issue. You won't be comfortable paying your money to live there."

"When it rains the sewer floods in front my door and I had to step through waste, tissue and sewer water. It also made my bathroom flood and caused mold to grow on the bathroom base boards. The washer machines don’t wash your clothes and the card machine is broken half the time. Had a good neighbor, but terrible site manager. I called to try and talk to her and she wouldn’t come to the phone. Happy to be out of that situation, untrustworthy site manager."

"As soon as we decided to move out the site manager had an attitude. She told me I only gave a 250 deposit and I had the receipt. I showed it to her and her attitude became worst. The receipt said I paid the full amount which was 450. One of the main reasons I moved out was because I had to call the police on a man who was jacking off near my apartment door. I didn’t understand how that wouldn’t be understandable because I have a little girl. I don’t recommend this place. It’s not peaceful."
