"They don’t deserve the one star I gave them. It should be ZERO. Their collection dept LIES about “damage” they claimed our pet made and holes in the wall . The “pictures” we requested from them as proof is clearly not our unit. The layout of the unit in their pictures isn’t the layout of our unit and the carpet is a different color. We left the apartment immaculate when we moved out. We have pictures of every single room clearly show no damage to the walls and carpet. The “pet urine stains” they claim our pet made is impossible because our couches were never moved and our pet had no access to that area. Carmen even admitted during a phone call to us that the carpet in our unit was never replaced from the previous tenant. So now they want us to pay $1500 to replace the carpet we DID NOT damage.They are unbelievably dishonest and will LIE."

"They are like SCAMMERS and so greed on taking our money. We stayed for just 1 year and left it so clean than how it was when we entered. But still they charged us $400 for WEIRD reason. They said they had to use some special paints to remove some Spicy odor. Charging a lot for just repainting cannot be accepted and it should be taken care by management every time new ppl enters. Also, when I requested them to waive off the fees if possible in polite way, someone from billing support team were threatening me like “we can’t do anything about it, if you are not paying the bill, then we will it hand over that to third party agency to collect it from you and that May affect your credits”. Really worst support team in terms of response."

"My wife and I were lucky to have found this place and spent a wonderful year here before moving out of state for work reasons. Adrienne, Alene & Tanya at the Lease Office are incredibly kind, sincere, funny, and really do put in the time to make sure the residents there are happy and are taken care of. The maintenance crew and groundskeeper make sure that the entire complex is functioning correctly and stays looking gorgeous year-round. Mark is exceptionally good at what he does and is always quick to show up to fix whatever may be broken. The apartments are beautiful, the majority of neighbors are kind & thoughtful, and the staff is absolutely top notch. Give the place a look and meet the people, you’ll fall in love! All that being said, we could only find one possible downside of living at Palmetto Creek Apartments, and it is completely out of the hands of the staff, and they bare no fault of it. ‘It’ being the smell, it comes once or twice a week from the nearby water treatment facility. Honestly, if you have your windows closed you won’t smell a thing. However, you will smell it on your way out to your car. This was an unwelcomed surprise to us, but it can be bearable if you’re not too sensitive to it. We hope you have as great a time living there as we did, best of luck!"

"The best place to live in 1st lake property. The staff and customer service is what sets Palmetto Creek from it's competitor. Adrienne was the staff member i dealt with most often and couldn't have asked the better experience. The maintenance staff is exceptional specially Mike who is so calm and always ready to help. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great place to live and phenomenal staff."

"The gates actually stay closed here. Some complexes advertise gates and leave them wide open. I liked the layout of the apartment but I feel like my money could be better spent next door. You are able to use most of the facilities at Citrus Creek so why not rent there? It’s about the same price. I liked that the kitchen area had room for bar stools."
