Shannon in particular has been incredibly empathetic to any issues I have brought to her attention and is always sure to take care of work orders with incredibly quick turnaround! "Pros: the landscaping around the pool area is beautiful and well-maintained. Maintenance requests are promptly addressed. Layout of the apartments is nice. Cons: there is dog feces literally everywhere. The other tenants are equally to blame, but it seems there is no accountability or concern for the issue. Watch where you step at all times. The building materials are dated and extremely cheap. The cabinetry in my apartment was barely holding together, the carpet was thin, the "paint" and texture on the walls were of such poor quality that merely brushing against the wall left a white dusty residue on you. That white dust eventually coats every surface in the apartment and constant cleaning is necessary. There was a persistent roof leak that they attempted to fix half a dozen times, without success. Every significant rainstorm left water running down the walls and onto the floor. There is virtually nowhere to walk aside from the courtyard. If you want to walk around the complex you have to walk in the road or on whatever scraps of grass you can find (remember to watch for dog feces). The staff is generally responsive and professional, however if you have any changes to your living situation and request any changes to your lease duration they will absolutely not allow it and wring every last dollar they can out of you."

"I've been living at Cypress Creek for a few months, and it's great. The office takes good care of you. Maintenance has been very quick, my AC broke and someone came in 30 minutes to fix it. I feel safe here, it's clean and quiet. Nice place to live."

"I love the area that this is located at and the management. Super friendly people at the office, always ready to help. Now, the apartments themselves are a bit old, but they have been nicely renovated. I had a pretty sizable list of things that needed to be fixed when I moved in, but the management quickly and efficiently took care of it all. Loving living here. Love the warm pool; very relaxing."

"We have been residents at Cypress Creek apartments for the past year and a half and have not had the negative experiences mentioned by others. In fact, we have had nothing but a positive experience. The apartments may be older, but they are well maintained and maintenance requests receive prompt attention. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and cleaned daily by staff. There are several families here, but the complex is fairly quiet. We only periodically hear the neighbors upstairs or next door (including their kids and dogs). The staff members are very attentive to resident needs and concerns. They address issues quickly and with a positive attitude. All the staff know us by name and really strive to make residents feel welcome and important. The construction was a hassle last year, but we have more indoor living and storage space, so in the end, it was worth it. The apartments are definitely not expensive in comparison to uptown or Metairie and are definitely cheaper compared to other large metro areas. We are happy here and recommend the apartments to anyone looking for a quiet suburban apartment setting."
